File transfer via transfer.paul-juergens.eu
When I provide you with files via transfer.paul-juergens.eu, the files, together with the recipient name and message I enter, are stored on the servers of my hosting provider, STRATO AG, Berlin, for the stated availability period (usually 14 days) and are deleted automatically afterwards. When the page is accessed and files are downloaded, technically necessary server log data is processed (IP address, date and time, requested file, browser information). In addition, whether and when the files were downloaded in full is recorded so that I can confirm receipt. The download page sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. The project images shown there are loaded from paul-juergens.eu.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and traceable transfer of files).
